Positive: The hotel was right beside the medical clinic I was visiting. The staff was very friendly and the room extremely comfortable. The cable was out because of a blizzard. The desk clerk told me about it when I checked in, but I know that was not their fault.

Positive: A great kitchen and bath room. Bed was great and comfortable. Location to street and restaurants was fantastic. Even the internet worked as advertised. We couldn't believe how well the refrigerator and the rest of the kitchen worked.
Negative: TV was a 32 and not a 43 as advertised. The remote was missing and took us two hours for them to get us one. They claimed to have food on the property, which in fairness they did, but it was priced double what you normally pay from a regular grocery store.
Summary: In today's world this hotel is a great value.

Negative: Price doubled on second night, no maid service if less than 7 nights, floors were sticky and the noise from room above us was ridiculous.

Positive: The location has always been perfect for us in Lincoln, NE. The rooms have always been clean and ready for new guests. I have always been comfortable after a long trip in the car. My family loves staying at this location when visiting family in Lincoln, NE.
Negative: A continental breakfast would be nice with the price, but it is not a deal breaker.
